Phase 1: New Portal to Existing Forms (Proof of Concept)

Goals:
Easier to find forms
One portal for Canton & Town services

Solution:
Create one-level categories for all government services
Link to the existing forms

Phase 2: New Portal to Existing Forms (Functioning Site)

Goal:
People in Uri can actually use this site to find the forms they need

Challenges:
☑️ Categorize the 761 Forms at URI.CH into 9 Topics
☑️ Research “Gemeinde” Services to add to Portal
☑️ Do this date entry
☑️ Add back-end to Proof-of-Concept site

Goal:
Add a login feature to track form progress
Incorporate e-IDs
One-Stop-Government hosted forms

Challenges:
☑️ Add e-ID login
☑️ Add Profile page for tracking forms, copying old forms, downloading personal documents, etc
☑️ Create an Admin Portal for Service Owners
☑️ Make a tool for creating form that use e-ID data
☑️ Ability to make and track payments
